Back acne.

: You might want to try something even simpler first. Only applicable if you use showers, rather than bathtubs. Stop showering. If you must shower, don't do it as often and don't do it any longer than the short time absolutely necessary to get clean. Almost everyone I've know who loves long showers has back acne (that's acne, not ache). I have it myself when : I get access to a shower for more than a few days running. Darned if I know why* showers do that. My theory is that the beating drops of moisture are forced into the skin and may take oils along with them or they just plain irritate the skin into producing zits.

The cause is Heat. The back is the most Yang part of the body, and is prone to accumulation of Heat to begin with. Adding any additional Heat (when some has already accumulated) will definitely cause these Heat pimples to sprout.
