Compound Spirit of Orange 1.25 | 120 minims
Syrup 37.50 | 7 ½ fl. ounces
Alcohol, a sufficient quantity.
Purified Talc or Kaolin, a sufficient quantity.
Distilled Water ... to 100.00 | to 20 fl. ounces

Mix the compound spirit of orange with sufficient alcohol to produce 25 (5 fluid ounces), and add the syrup gradually, shaking well after each addition; then add sufficient distilled water to produce the required volume, and filter through talc or kaolin.
Dose.—2 to 8 mils (½ to 2 fluid drachms).
