Liquid Extract of Cascara 12.50 | 2 ½ fl. ounces
Spirituous Extract of Liquorice 12.50 | 2 ½ fl. ounces
Liquid Extract of Malt ... to 100.00 | to 20 fl. ounces

Mix the liquid extract of malt with the extract of liquorice, and add the liquid extract of cascara. This preparation should be made freshly, as required.
Dose.—4 to 15 mils (1 to 4 fluid drachms).
