** My only comment is to be careful about the Dong Quai source. Much of the Dong Quai is very processed. It is soaked for long periods of time so that it can be easily sliced. The best form is small nodes about the size of your thumb, shaped like a uterus and white in color. I would stay away from the manila-colored thin sheets unless it is all you can get while you look for the other kind. It's always a big help if people include their area when posing queries. Also I would not recommend capsules or teas as these tend to be the most adulterated/processed forms of Dong Quai.
