>Please help!!!! I have really had hay fever allergies. The membranes inside my nose swell up so much that for about 80% of the day I can't breath at all! I also have a runny nose and itchy eyes, and of course that terrible itch which causes fits of sneezing. Can you guys recommend anything for this. I'm looking for some pretty powerful herbs. Thanks in advance.

A few postings ago I told my happy end to allergies by using Lemon Balm Tea. It works great. At this time I am taking one cup of tea in the morning, one at lunch and one in the evening and that is it. I always have a pot ready for emergency. I then pop a cup in the micro et voila.

The herb is very easy to grow in fact it hard to stop.

Bye
Eric

Thank you Eric for your suggestion of lemon balm TEa because it WORKS GREAT FOR ME TOO !!!

My allergy symptoms ( sneezing, itching ears, throat etc ) improves about 80% to 90%; and I am depenedent on it 3 times a day like you are right now.

I have been a heavy sufferer, usually ending up with cortisone sprays for asthma in early June. I am curious to see how much lemon balm will help; although even if it does not work on asthma I'm still grateful that it has improved my quality of life 200% overnight. Thank you very much for a long time, fellow sufferer.
