244. STYLOSANTHES ELATIOR Swartz.—PENCIL FLOWER. This herb is much used in domestic practice as a uterine sedative and tonic. The fluidextract is not miscible with water. Dose of fluidextract: 10 to 20 drops (0.6 to 1.3 mils).
