i have been consuming this adaptogen for almost a month now and i am so amazed at how much better i feel. i was on anti depressants and i am completely off of them now. i had to wean myself down but to be honest i feel better with this than i did while i was on the meds. i also have an amazing increase in energy. i am a registered nurse and i work 12 hours shifts on nights so i need the energy. im telling everyone how this has changed my life.
