Another yummy low-carb recipe.
This is a 10 minute recipe that gives extremely tasty food:
First, fillet your fish (or fishes), remove the remaining bones (if any), and scrape off the scales (if any). This part can take 10-15 minutes.
Then, heat butter in your pan, add your fillets, and leave them in the hot pan for 3-5 minutes. Turn them over, and leave them for another 3-5 minutes.
Next, move the fillets to plates, and add some lemon juice to each.
The sauce: pour cream into the pan, add capers and pepper. Bring to a boil, scrape the last bits of fish skin off the bottom of the pan, and pour the sauce over your fish.
