Menstrual calendar 2011 - 2014.

Blog categories:

Ladies: enjoy this menstrual calendar for 2011-2014.

How to use it: Mark the first full day of menstruation each cycle, and connect the marks with a line. Reading left to right, a horizontal line indicates a 28-day cycle. A line sloping up indicates a shorter cycle, a line sloping down indicates a longer cycle. If there is no line that is straight, the cycle is variable.

thanks for the mentrual calendar. This would be a handy tool for those who are trying to conceive or trying to avoid.

Hi there! This is interesting, even though a little bit confusing at first. Does anyone know the time when you are most likely to conceive? I also wonder whether regular menstruation patterns mean better chances. Has anyone heard anything about this? I am also interested whether longer (or shorter) cycles affect fertility at all. Thank you!

I just got the book 'taking charge of your fertility' by Toni Weschler which really explains fertility. It explains how to find your own fertile times as we don't all ovulate on day 14. It answers many questions in a clear and easy to understand way. I really can't recommend this book highly enough.

Thank you so much for this! I have used this method to keep track for years, but I always have to spend a while rootling around on the internet to find the right format of calendar at the beginning of each year. Now I've got one for the next four years! Brilliant!

Suddenly, I can't wait to get my period.

Thanks for that, Henriette!
