CONCENTRATED COMPOUND INFUSION OF ORANGE PEEL.

| Diluted Chloroform Water | to 100.00 | | | to 20 fl. ounces |
Macerate the powdered cloves in 20 (4 fluid ounces) of the alcohol for twelve hours, filter through cotton wool and pass through the marc sufficient alcohol to make the filtrate measure 20 (4 fluid ounces) Add the tinctures and set aside. Mix the other powders and follow out the macero-expression process with diluted chloroform water, adding the mixed tinctures to the reserved portion.
A product closely resembling compound infusion of orange peel is obtained by diluting 1 part of this preparation with 7 parts of distilled water.
Dose.—2 to 4 mils (½ to 1 fluid drachm).

Prepare by the repercolation process.
A product closely resembling infusion of orange peel is obtained by diluting 1 part of this preparation with 7 parts of distilled water.
Dose.—2 to 4 mils (½ to 1 fluid drachm).
