Extract of Liquorice 3.00 | 262 ½ grains
Syrup 5.00 | 1 fl. ounce
Gum Acacia, in coarse powder 3.00 | 262 ½ grains
Compound Tincture of Camphor 12.00 | 2 fl. oz. 192 min.
Antimonial Wine 6.00 | 1 fl. oz. 96 min.
Spirit of Nitrous Ether 3.00 | 288 minims
Distilled Water to 100.00 | to 20 fl. ounces

Dissolve the extract of liquorice and the gum acacia in 50 (10 fluid ounces) of the distilled water by trituration, add the solutions to the other ingredients, previously mixed, and make up to the required volume with distilled water.

Dose.—4 to 8 mils (1 to 2 fluid drachms).
