Infusum Buchu.—Infusion of Buchu.

SYNONYMS: Infusum diosmae, Infusum barosmae.

Preparation.—Infuse, in a closed vessel, for 30 minutes, ½ ounce (av.) of bruised buchu leaves, in 10 fluid ounces (Imp.) of boiling water. Strain.

Action, Medical Uses, and Dosage.—(See Buchu.) One of the best forms in which to employ buchu. Dose, ½ to 2 fluid ounces.
