Leonurus. Leonurus Cardiaca L. Motherwort. Agripaume, Cardiaire, Fr. Herzgespann, Wolfstrapp, G.—An aromatic perennial labiate herb, growing wild in this country in waste places, around dwellings, etc., whose infusion of decoction is sometimes used in amenorrhea and sudden suppression of the lochia.
