IBS - some helpful herbs are Chamomile and Peppermint, which are great anti-inflammatories for the digestion system ailments. Wild Yam is also appropriate here. It is beneficial to introduce bitters into your diet to help stimulate your digestive juices and bile flow. Herbs that are helpful are Dandelion, Mugwort or Hops.
More important in IBS is to understand your type of lifestyle and what may be causing the Irritable Bowel Syndrone. This is where the healing needs to be addressed.
