Nettles does not carry it's stinging effect into the tea. Make the tea as you would any other herbal tea. Let it get very dark. The more robust the tastier.
Nettles has more chlorophyll than any other herb. It contains Vitamins A, C, D, and K, calcium potassium, phosphorus, iron and sulphur.
