Try Lady's mantle. I used to have very heavy menses, I would have to lay down w/ my legs in the air, etc., when my menses came on. I tried Lady's mantle a few years ago and the results were great! Pour boiling water over a few teaspoons of the herb, and then let it sit for ten to fifteen minutes, and sip it, a few swallows at a time, until gone.
