You could try stinging nettle.
I have heard that it works on 80% of the people with allergies, and I know that it works great for me and everyone else that I have told about it. I take it in tea as an infusion twice a day during allergy season (which
seems like all of the time). : )

Good luck

>Well, here it is, allergy season, and all the pollen you can inhale! Seriously, my sinuses have been killing me for the last week, and a secondary cough caused by p.n.d. ta boot.... I was wondering if there were any herbs anyone could recommend that would help. {I heard that essences of flowers worked, but I don't know how much or from what kind of flower.....}
>Sorry if this has been asked before, but I am a newbie, and just recently started sneezing....

I have always found mullein to be extremely helpful for sneezing itchy eyes type allergies. I used to take it in tea form, however I like the extract better. I take a full dropper when my problems start and I'm fine for the rest of the day.
