Brush three times a day with baking soda. The organisms can't survive the enviroment if you keep it up.

It has been reported that Vitamin C is one of the key vitamins needed for healthy gums. While it's not known exactly how vitamin C works, it appears to battle bacteria while promoting the formation of healthy new gum tissue. In addition, Coenzyme Q10, Folic acid (foods high in folic acid includes spinach, chickpeas, and pinto beans), Vitamin A, Calcium and Vitamin E could be helpful.

My dentist said that one of the best things you can do for gingivitis is top stimulate your gums...to massage them and increase blood flow. You can also massage them with a bit of ginger which will help to increase the blood flow.
