I found the most useful thing for me during my last two pregnancies was fresh grapefruit. I read about it in a book called Spiritual Midwifery by Ina Gaskin. If you are interested in natural childbirth, there is a wealth of information in Ina's book.

This has been frequently discussed on the list and there are some good archives on the subject if you want to do a search.

In brief, Ginger (capsules as required) is very effective, and recommended by most herbalists including Susun Weed. Incidentally its also good for travel/motion sickness.
I would start there ....
If the sickness is severe and debilitating homeopathy might be a good bet
