Subject: re sleeping aids needed
... healing can only be an holistic process. It is too easy to slip into the 'cure it quickly' mentality which pervades our society.
However there is often hidden virtue in what might appear to be purely symptomatic treatment with herbs, for example using relaxing herbs to help us reconstruct a healthy sleeping pattern.
